This policy describes how Wild Blue Yonder, LLC, doing business as Go Yonder ("Go Yonder," "we," "us"), handles information collected through goyonder.ai.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, work email, approximate team travel volume, and your message. Our website host and form processor also receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of operating the site. We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or use your data for purposes unrelated to responding to you.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide travel management services. We may follow up about your inquiry by email. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us by our form processing provider and received in our email system (Google Workspace). Our website is served by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. If you become a client, information needed to arrange travel or travel insurance is shared with the relevant suppliers and, for insurance, with Velaris Insurance Agency, LLC and the insurance carrier, as needed to serve you.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business correspondence. You may ask us to delete your inquiry data or to correct it at any time by emailing hello@goyonder.ai, and we will honor reasonable requests promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law; contact us to exercise them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our email and systems is limited to authorized personnel.
